What’s even more exciting is the exceptional performance of our new fiber network. We conducted speed tests for our 1 Gig Speed Customer*, and the results were truly impressive:

- Jitter: 1 ms
These impressive numbers not only showcase the incredible speed and reliability of our ultrafast fiber network but also reflect our steadfast commitment to delivering an exceptional internet experience to our valued customers.
We’re also thrilled to announce that following the connection of our first customer, we’ve increased their speed plans for free. But they aren’t the only ones – all of our 1 Gig and 2 Gig speed customers in Simi Valley have received a free speed upgrade. The 1 Gig speed plan is now 1.5 Gig (1,500 Mbps), and the 2 Gig speed plan has been boosted to 2.5 Gig (2,500 Mbps), all at no additional charge. This upgrade applies to everyone in Simi Valley, ensuring that all our customers enjoy enhanced speed and performance without any extra costs.
