Amerige Heights HOA is bringing a new fiber Internet network to your community with faster speeds and better options! All residents will have a 2 Gbps connection included in their HOA benefits, with an additional upgrade option up to 5 Gbps for only $20 per month! This new network will not only bring better home Internet to everyone in the community, but it will also add value to your home and future proof the entire community's Internet infrastructure for years to come.

SiFi Networks

SiFi Networks will be constructing the new fiber network coming to Amerige Heights. SiFi Networks is an international fiber optic network developer, who pride themselves on innovative construction methods, financial modeling and collaboration. These networks enable service providers to deliver next generation applications including superfast Internet, video and phone. Now that construction is complete, GigabitNow will be your new Internet Service Provider. GigabitNow brings over 30 years of Internet connectivity and customer focused experience to Amerige Heights. Residents will need to enroll for service and select their preferences with GigabitNow. If you choose to use the provided core Router/ONT in your home, you have the option to add our Core Wi-Fi Extender. The Core Wi-Fi Extender is great to use in larger homes because it will extend your Wi-Fi signal throughout your home.

The Core Wi-Fi Extender is not compatible with our Bring Your Own Router or Gigabit Wi-Fi Plus options. Adding the Core Wi-Fi Extender to your home Internet solution will be available during the time of install. Please let your installation technician know that you would like to add a Core Wi-Fi Extender to your installation.

Need help using your GigabitNow Fiber Internet?

General Wi-Fi Troubleshooting

  1. Make sure your Wi-Fi device is powered on.
  2. Make sure airplane mode for your device is disabled.
  3. Disconnect your device and then re-connect manually to your Wi-Fi service.
  4. If the problem persists, power the device off and on again to reconnect.

Where the problem might be located:

Device

Try connecting to the Wi-Fi network with another device, like laptop computer or friend's phone. If other devices can use the network, the problem is most likely with your device.

Network

Check whether your device can connect to another Wi-Fi network, like at a friend's house or a public network. If your device can connect elsewhere, the problem is most likely with the network.

Internet

If your device connects to the Wi-Fi network but you still have no Internet, the problem is most likely with your Internet connection

When you reconnect, we recommend checking for the latest system update. Updates can bring improvements that help fix issues.

What does solid green light mean?

If the power light is solid green your device has power. If the WAN/LAN lights are solid green the device is securely connected, but there is no data traveling over the lines.

Green lights are flashing, is this a problem?

No, the gateway is using the Internet connection and sending data. In the event that the lights are red, flashing or solid, there may be an issue with your gateway.

How do I improve my Wi-Fi signal?

Pay attention to where you place your gateway device. Wi-Fi signals cannot broadcast through metal. Placing the gateway on top of a DVD player, or video game console, that has metal plates around it or on the interior, can impact your range Wi- Fi service speeds.

Does the gateway have a laser light?

Yes, the gateway uses a laser light to transmit data. If you are required to move or troubleshoot with the gateway device, please be aware of the presence of laser light. If you look directly into laser light it can cause serious eye damage. If you see that the fiber is not connected and you observe the presence of laser light contact GigabitNow immediately.

Should I use a surge protector with my gateway?

We strongly recommend the use of a surge protector with any expensive electronics that you may own, including your gateway. Even with the most stable of power systems, using a surge protector will help protect the gateway and extend its service life span.

Warning: The fiber cable is extremely fragile, please do not touch or remove this cable. Repairs for any damage to this cable will be billed to the homeowner.
